Give this #GivingTuesday with confidence, knowing that the Imani model works! Our holistic approach to economic empowerment focuses on the WHOLE person and ultimately benefits our artisans' spouses, relatives, and kiddos. We know that rising above poverty takes more than a job; it takes dignified employment, personal growth, dream management, a community of support, healthy bodies + minds, and access to education.
Our program works because we provide an accountable yet caring space for our artisans to unleash their greatness. Imani Collective empowers impoverished single, widowed and differently-abled women to focus on thriving as opposed to doing only what is necessary for them and their families to survive.
