In communities like Soacha and Santa Marta, where Tiempo de Juego has its main operations, children and adolescents face a daily reality marked by violence, poverty, exclusion, and limited opportunities. These areas, impacted by forced displacement, structural inequality, and high youth unemployment, often leave young people with few options to grow in safe and inspiring environments.
Tiempo de Juego began with a football and a dream. Today, it empowers nearly 8,000 children and youth across Colombia through sports, arts, and play. Our free programs build life skills, foster talent, offer mentoring, and create safe spaces. Led by former participants, we grow leaders who give back, transforming their communities from within. We don't just train athletes - we build futures.
