Resource Centre for disabled kids in Kenya

Dear Supporters,

Warm greetings, and thank you for your continued support and belief in our vision to establish a Resource Centre for Disabilities. We are excited to share a significant milestone in this journey.

Project Progress Update
We are pleased to report that the project is now ready to take off. A key achievement is the successful signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Good Shepherd Church, which has generously provided a location for the Resource Centre. This partnership secures a safe and accessible space where children with disabilities and their families will soon begin receiving much-needed support services.

Fundraising Milestone
We are encouraged to share that we have raised approximately 50% of the funds required to operationalize the Centre. This progress would not have been possible without your generosity and commitment.

What the Centre Will Offer
Once fully operational, the Resource Centre will provide:

• Therapy services (physiotherapy, occupational, and speech therapy)
• Inclusive learning support and educational resources
• Parent and caregiver training, counseling, and peer support
• A safe, inclusive space for play, interaction, and growth

What’s Next
With the location secured and initial funds raised, we are now focused on:

• Building and equipping the Centre
• Procuring therapy and learning materials
• Finalizing staffing and volunteer engagement
• Preparing for the official launch
