Dear donors,
The past school year was once again a great success for Fundación Querer and Colegio Querer, demonstrating the positive impact of our educational and therapeutic model for children with neurological disorders. Through our integrated approach, children are supported in developing their abilities and reaching their maximum potential, while receiving the specialist therapies they need as part of their everyday school experience. As demand for this model continues to grow, we have expanded the school by opening an additional classroom for the new academic year!
We have only recently started the new school year, and Colegio Querer is already supporting 35 students between the ages of 3 and 16. Since the school was founded in 2018, it has grown considerably, allowing an increasing number of children to benefit from our innovative educational approach and from the therapies provided within the school day. Continuing to provide these therapies during school hours is particularly important, as it allows children to receive consistent, specialized support without separating their therapeutic needs from their education.
The success of Colegio Querer is based on its multidisciplinary team, which works closely together to respond to the diverse needs of every student. Teachers, therapists, psychologists, and other specialists coordinate their work to provide a comprehensive and individualized approach. This includes significant curriculum adaptations, flexible grouping according to each child's needs—including whole-class, small-group, and one-to-one support—and the integration of therapies directly into the school timetable. This model ensures that each child receives holistic, personalized, and multidimensional support throughout their school day.
For these reasons, continued funding remains essential to maintaining and expanding the support that Colegio Querer provides to children with neurological disorders. Donations help us make these therapies available to the children as an integral part of their education, enabling them to continue developing their abilities and participating fully in school life. We are deeply grateful to all our donors, whose generosity makes it possible for us to provide these essential therapies and help more children reach their full potential.
