Last week EDUCA held the Entrepreneurship and Savings Fair is an event of 5 days long were students present the ventures designed and implemented during the school year. It is a contest that recognizes all participants and rewards the first places evaluated by juries. Since 2016, this event seeks to teach children and teenagers how to be socially responsible, manage their money and be entrepreneurs. The event takes place over 5 days and includes activities such as: ventures contest, Alquilab, virtual workshops, reflection panels with students, and a knowledge contest on financial education.
Alquilab is a pitching contest where the most mature ventures presented at the EDUCA Fair, pitch their ventures to mentors. This mentors can invest an amount of money (in form of donations) in the ventures they consider deserve financial aid and mentorship.
This year, 1273 students presented 272 ventures during the Fair.
