By Pauline Mosley | Artistic Director/ Project Leader
This update is for our wonderful donors and potential donors. A couple of weeks ago, one of our Artistic Directors got into a bad car accident and suffered a broken leg. We were put on a short pause while dealing with that however, we are back and planning to move stronger than ever! 773 Dance Project hosted its first mainstage performance at Kennedy King College in Chicago, where we were able to raise over $1000 for our floor. We are raising funds to renovate the studio and add sprung flooring, mirrors, ballet barres, and cubbies for our students. This studio will be our home base, where we can offer free and donation-based dance classes to the community and continue to rehearse our professional company so we can also offer free and donation-based performances.
Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to sharing more good news with you.
