So far in 2019, The F Word has been seen by around 400 people in five different locations!
Four of those places have been schools and we are excited to further explore the ways the exhibition can support young people to reflect on forgiveness. In February the exhibition visited Christ the King Sixth Form College in London as part of a special conference they organised on mercy, forgiveness and love. Whilst The F Word was on display, the students also heard talks from speakers including Jo Berry, further deepening their exploration and understanding of forgiveness.
“It showed me that people can become something great even though they were at their lowest.” Student
“The stories gave me time to think before acting.” Student
“The exhibition was excellent and has much potential to be used to encourage challenging and difficult discussions on forgiveness… The stories were honest and hopeful and offered a certainty that healing is possible with what might seem impossible! I highly recommend the exhibition to other schools.” Teacher
The exhibition has also been displayed in Newbold Church and College and will be visiting the community of Lower Earley Baptist Church from today until 20 April. If you are in the area, please do pay them a visit!
