We are delighted to share the latest updates from our campuses and programmes, highlighting the incredible achievements of our students over the summer months.
At the start of September, our Zambia team hosted a Gala Dinner to celebrate 30 years of Pestalozzi Zambia providing educational opportunities for children and young people. The event was a wonderful success, with a packed room and enthusiastic participation from our students. Many contributed by providing entertainment through music and dance, while others created stunning artworks that were auctioned during the evening. Every auction item sold out, and we eagerly await the final fundraising total. We are so proud of our students and the team for making the evening such a magical celebration.
Meanwhile, our SkillsHub is nearing completion! In preparation, we have already expanded the curriculum to include Construction and Electrical Engineering. Students are now enrolled in these new courses, opening up even more opportunities for future careers.
In India, our team travelled to Ladakh for the selection process of the next intake of girls into our Future Leaders Programme. Spending time in local communities allowed us to meet and learn about potential candidates who are joining our Pestalozzi family. We are thrilled to extend our support to more children in India and were delighted to welcome our new students when they arrived in Dehradun in early September.
In Nepal, our third cohort of students organised a memorable farewell programme for the graduating class in May. The event included the student-led election of three graduates who best embody the Pestalozzi values of Head, Heart, and Hands. This recognition highlighted not only their academic achievements but also their compassion for each other, and the communities that surround them.
We are deeply proud of all our graduates and cannot wait to see the positive impact they will go on to make in their communities and beyond.
None of these milestones would be possible without your generous support. From selection to graduation, each achievement reflects the power of education and opportunity to change lives. Thank you for walking this journey with them.
