We would like to take this opportunity to let you know that we are continuing to work to ensure that all young people who need a bicycle to get to school can have one.
We have found that the most effective way to make the project more sustainable in the long term is for the donated bicycles to remain in the care of the school, so that they can be reassigned each year to new students as previous students graduate and new needs arise.
Your support is undoubtedly essential to ensuring that everyone has access, as in rural areas there is not always public transport available, or families do not have the resources to take students to school.
We hope to empower every student and every school so that education is increasingly accessible and within everyone's reach.
