The summer has finally ended for Teens Tutor Teens. We had over 75 tutors sign up around the country! Eventually only 4 people out of the 75 were able to complete the impossible task of 100 hours! This amazing feat shows diligence in our tutors and they were able to earn presidential service volunteer awards from the White House!
We were able to elect four heads from across the country as close as Georgia to as far as California! 2 from the Left West Branch and 2 from the Right East Branch.
I plan to use the funds raised to purchase the needed writing tablets for the company ,so the heads can start tutoring, and save the rest for needed office supplies, repairs, and etc.
Thank you to all who donated! Because of you, Global Giving has decided to still allow for me to be a permanent partner. I also signed up to be on the leadership council, and I am happy to say I am the Youngest Member on the Global Giving Leadership Council at 17.
