Dear Amazing Leadership Initiatives Donors,
Thank you so much for all of your donations that are changing the way businesses run in Bauchi State, Nigeria. Through your donations, you have given these business owners the opportunity to address problems in their business as well as grow and develop their businesses in their community. Contributions from donors give promising individuals access to entrepreneurial, leadership, and project management training. These leaders can then use their new skills in order to help analyze problems in their community, design solutions, and create sustainable models to overcome these problems.
Our students help create new solutions in order to help these businesses grow and develop. We have previously created businesses in Bauchi, Nigeria such as fish farming, welding, tailoring, motorcycle repair & computer education with job placement. This project will help local business owners as they strive to maximize the profit and grow their businesses.
Team 1085 interns have partnered with Usman, the owner of their own carpentry business. Currently, Team 1085 is working hard to create a business model in which Usman will be able to maximize his profits. Your encouragement of Team 1085 interns and their project will truly help change lives across the globe. This business not only provides crucial resources for the community but also creates critical job opportunities in the area, especially for youth.
As a supporter of this project, Leadership Initiatives would love to have you involved if you ever want to help grow our programs, learn of ways you can participate, or have new ideas on how this team could best help their business partner. Please contact Executive Director Marshall Bailly at mbailly@lichange.org if you have any suggestions, questions, or comments!
Your hard work and support is the greatest gift we could receive as we attempt to create a better world. Thank you once again from the bottom of everyone's heart here at Leadership Initiatives. If you would ever like to speak to our staff in Nigeria or this specific project leader, we would love to communicate with you so you can personally see the change you are creating.
Wishing you, your family, and your friends the absolute best!
Sincerely,
Leadership Initiatives
