Meeting with our Project Coordinator
Dear Amazing Leadership Initiatives Donors,
Your donations will empower individuals and communities across Bauchi State, Nigeria, giving them the opportunity to form connections and address local issues using community resources. This will create a generation of leaders given the platform to encourage progress that starts at the local level but impacts many more. Contributions from donors support public health initiatives and create educational campaigns within the local community. The program provides individuals with critical knowledge for the prevention, treatment, and eradication of the most threatening public health issues in sub-Saharan Africa.
Our students work with local NGOs and hospitals in Nigeria to assess and monitor the current public health situation, then design educational campaigns to educate individuals in the community on prevention, risk, and treatment options. Currently, this project will help raise awareness and create community programs to fight Malaria in Bauchi. Washington-Liberty High School, team 1026, interns have been working with LI Project Coordinator Umar Muhammad to assess Malaria in the area.
Currently, the Washington-Liberty High School, team 1026, the team is completing efforts to plan an effective health campaign in Bauchi to inform the residents of methods to prevent infection. Your encouragement of Washington-Liberty High School, team 1026, interns, and their project will truly help change lives across the globe, as fighting public health issues at a grassroots level sparks change across all socioeconomic facets of the community.
As a supporter of this project, Leadership Initiatives would love to have you involved if you ever want to help grow our programs, learn of ways you can participate, or have new ideas on how this team could best help work on their public health issue. Please contact Executive Director Marshall Bailly at email@example.com if you have any suggestions, questions, or comments! Your hard work and support is the greatest gift we could receive as we attempt to create a better world.
Thank you once again from the bottom of everyone's heart here at Leadership Initiatives. If you would ever like to speak to our staff in Nigeria or this specific project leader, we would love to communicate with you so you can personally see the change you are creating.
Wishing you, your family, and your friends the absolute best!
