As we step into a world that is placing the pandemic behind it, it is time to redirect our attention to other pressing health challenges that have been overshadowed during the crisis. The delayed diagnosis and treatment that occured during the pandemic period continues to have a negative impact on TB transmission and incidence in Vietnam.
We are focusing our efforts on our central mission for 2023, improving access to TB services, especially in vulnerable and remote communities. We remain steadfast in our commitment to detect TB infection before transmission occurs and ensure that effective and timely treatment regimens are offered to those who need it most. By raising awareness and destigmatizing TB we are hopeful to encourage more people to undergo voluntary screening.
Your generosity allows us to bring ultra-portable diagnostic equipment into these communities and break down healthcare access barriers. Along with our partners and sponsors, we are doing everything possible to reclaim the lost progress that was stolen away by COVID-19.
While we have made remarkable strides, the journey is far from over. Your continued support is crucial in allowing us to overcome logistical hurdles and scale these efforts to reach as many people as possible.
