For the last 2 months the training and production program is optimized so that 2 groups of young women can join the tailoring enterprise. Thanks to that 8 girls are trying to find better opportunities for themselves and their families by gaining new professional skills and chance for real job.
First shift – the group of advanced, who are entering the 5th month of their training are already producing some real orders and receiving salary for their work.
Second shift – the beginners started their training in December and can’t wait to become as good as the advanced group.
Soon the advanced group will be ready to enter the labor market and our social enterprise will open gates for new fresh full of enthusiasm and motivation trainees.
