Establishing a social enterprise for young people in risk /Roma, youngsters leaving social institutions, etc.,/. There they will have the chance for professional education and practice so they have new opportunities and chances for successful integration on the labor market and society.
Among youngsters from specific social groups finding a job is extremely difficult. Most of them have low educational level, lack of motivation to study, lack of skills for independent life, as well as employment discrimination. In addition there is lack of professional orientation programs and training that are adapted to different risk groups as well as lack of a safe environment for learning and practicing.
This project will give chance for professional realization in tailoring business for young people from risk groups through diagnosis their strong sides, vocational guidance and career development in a safe environment, as a step towards an independent life.
The project works directly to reduce poverty of vulnerable groups. In the project activities will be qualified and trained professionals from Bulgaria, which will increase their skills to work with people at risk. They will multiply the overall model and will enable and other institutions in Bulgaria to adopt adapted methodology and provide equal opportunities and support a wide range of marginalized communities to a dignified and independent life.
