The social enterprise of NAVA is becoming more and more attractive and interesting for Roma women.
More than 40 women have been able to complete their training so far and started to work in local factories. Good training and the appropriate encouraging environment make more and more women to come and declare their willingness to be included in the next groups of trainees.
The social enterprise is becoming more and more popular among employers also. 5 companies started close co-operation to optimize the learning process and recruitment afterwards. Next week, a forum will be held with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, the municipality of Plovdiv, employers to discuss the challenges facing the functioning of social enterprises in Bulgaria.
