Here is a short report to explain how the project is progressing.
We are very excited to be in the planning stages of upgrading Syejumba.
Currently we are still looking for funding to move forward with this project and be able to implement the interventions outlined.
We have designs for the interventions which have been co-developed with the District Health Office in readiness for when the project has enough funds to proceed.
As Syejumba is an outreach post of Kanyanga Rural Health Post, the staff at Kanyanga RHP are familiar with the interventions and training and have seen the impact of our work at the RHP. This means there is much excitment in the area and the community are ready for these interventions to begin when funding is available.
