In action!

Greetings to our donors!

Once again we write to share with you the progress of our project, Rescue and Empower Sex Trafficking Victims, which you all have been so generous to support. Our organization believes strongly in the work we do, and every day we seek to put all of our efforts into making sure those women and girls who are being exploited and violated on a daily basis can receive the help and support they need in order to be rescued and freed from the terrible nightmare they are living. APRAMP, through this project and because of the money gifted to us by YOU, is able to do that. We say it in all of our reports, but I feel it is important you know, that every dollar (or pound) goes DIRECTLY towards rescuing and saving the lives of young girls and women.

In the past 3 months, APRAMP has been VERY busy supporting police in raids and detecting and identifying EVERY DAY women and girls who are being used and forced to have sexual relations with people for money - money that they never see. All of this work is done by the survivors who, through this project, which YOU support, are trained and educated in order to do so. On a daily basis, this team of brave and valiant women speak to and make contact with over 200 women and girls who are in possible situations of sex trafficking and exploitation.

Through their amazing work in detection and identification, APRAMP has taken in 2 under-aged girls who were rescued -through collaboration efforts with law enforcement- in the protective housing program. One is 16 years old, the other is 17. Both of these girls have suffered tremendously, but now, they are FREE because of the money YOU have given to help support this project.

The newest girl who joined our protective housing program, Tiffany, who is 16 years old, has flourished over the past month and has become the teenager she should be. When she first arrived, because of the trauma she had lived, she was always quite, she kept to herself, and she never had a smile on her face. BUT, TODAY she is smiling, developing the typical “teenager flare”, making jokes, and smiling. It is amazing to see the change in her. She is now FREE to be a child.

Once again, on behalf of all of APRAMP and all of the women and girls we are able to help through the Mobile Rescue Unit and through this project, thank you for your financial support.

APRAMP cannot stress enough how grateful we are for your support or how important your funds have been and are to us. That said, we still have a long way to go in our project. Please continue to spread the word to friends, family and co-workers so we can continue to rescue girls like Tiffany.

THANK YOU!!!
