Dear friend,
Thirty-six patients with severe burn injuries to vulnerable areas in the southern macro-region were selected. Our greatest reward was seeing them and their families smile again. Children, teenagers and young adults were able to take part in this campaign. Every surgical procedure is another step towards the full rehabilitation of their injuries.
This campaign would not have been possible without the invaluable support of doctors, staff and volunteers. It is undoubtedly one of the most important initiatives we have undertaken this year.
There is still much to be done; many patients are waiting for surgery. If you would like to help, you can do so by supporting our next campaign in the north of the country.
