Growing through partnerships

Our work becomes stronger when other organizations share their knowledge, spaces, and resources with the communities we accompany. Throughout the year, we have worked alongside organizations such as Parque Explora, Metro de Medellín, Solvo, and Chocolisto to enrich the experiences available to children and their families. Through these connections, the Ludotecas have expanded opportunities for learning, culture, recreation, and community engagement. One example is Cine en el Cable, an initiative developed with Cinemateca, Solvo, Metro de Medellín, and PAN, which brought cinema to Metrocable stations and created opportunities for families to enjoy films and reflect together.

Getting ready for a special Christmas 

As the end of the year approaches, our teams are already preparing Christmas activities across the Ludotecas. More than a celebration, we want these gatherings to offer children and their families opportunities to play, share, create, and enjoy meaningful time together in the spaces they have made their own throughout the year.

We know that, with the support of the GlobalGiving community, we can continue strengthening these spaces and the experiences children find in them.
