The socially meaningful program, Juventus, responds to the economic and social challenges women must face currently.The Covid-19 crisis affects society, especially women.In Colombia, the job sectors that had to close the most were the ones where women were mainly hired. The main conclusion given by the UN was that the advances for women obtained in a decade were lost in the last year. International organisms insist that the clue is promoting jobs and closing the gap through educational programs.
By supporting the teen girl's formation in the biological, emotional, rational, social, and spiritual dimensions, the Asociacion Cultural Femenina social program Juventus seeks to help the economic development of society. To help the adolescent girls to learn by experience to lead their lives, to increase self awareness and to take their liberty responsibly is our main aim. Our common aim is to achieve that 200 women teenagers in 2021 targeting to 300 in 2023, thus the support of thousands of donors that share the vision that by the access to higher education and promoting the entrepreneurial mindset not only the life of a woman can be positively transformed, but also her family and social environment's.With your support we also pretend to diversify our programs of virtual training that allow increasing the range, even impacting more women in different life stages.
