Construction is moving at Zorokoro. After completion of the well, we now have a water tower, and are shifting our efforts to the installation of the solar powered pump that will allows us to (1) provide water to the children and the community at large, and (2) start building our first dorm. According to Mali’s interim president, Pr. Dioncounda Traore, in Mali’s crisis women, girls, and children are the most affected groups of the society. We are building the new dorm to increase our capacity and support more vulnerable children.
Meanwhile, the farming project is also underway and getting ready for a productive season. We have commenced preparing for the rainy season which will allow us to produce more vital nutritious products for the vulnerable children that we care for. Thank you for your continued support.
