Graças ao apoio da nossa crowd favorita (vocês) fechamos o desafio internacional do GlobalGiving em primeiro lugar no número de doadores. Foram 265 pessoas comprometidas com um mundo melhor, dedicando recursos para o empreendedorismo e inovação social no Brasil. Por isso, ganhamos um bônus de U$2 mil para apoiar ainda mais os empreendedores sociais do SGB Lab. O fundo do programa já está com U$9 mil.
Este valor será usado para que nenhuma boa ideia fique de fora, através de bolsas sociais para inscrições e auxílio viagem para apoiar quem não tem condições financeiras de arcar com todos os custos. Ele também compõe o Fundo de Investimento Semente do Lab, que premia as iniciativas com melhor desempenho durante o programa. No ano passado, as iniciativas Cientista que virou mãe, Letras de Médico e Praças receberam o fundo. Agora já estão na rua, causando muito impacto positivo empoderando mulheres, oferecendo soluções para saúde e melhorando os espaços urbanos cidades.
Fica registrada a nossa gratidão a todos que se mobilizaram em ajudar o SGB neste desafio. A vitória é nossa.

Thank you for helping us surpass our goal in our Global Giving crowdfunding campaign. We had 265 unique donors willing to donate their resources to support social entrepreneurship and innovation in Brazil. And because of your incredible support, we we're awarded an extra $2,000 for having the most donors of over 200 projects that ran over the past 2 weeks.
The money raised will ensure that no idea is left untried; providing financial assistance to those who otherwise would have difficulty participating in our Lab program. It will also add to the Lab Seed Fund, expanding the power of and ability of the Labbers and their potentially world-changing projects. The winners of last year's grant, Cientista Que Virou Mãe, Letras de Médico and Praças are already out in the world creating impactful changes within the fields of female empowerment, health care, and urbanization and your donation will help empower the next generation of Labber initiatives do the same.
