To our generous partners who continue to support these efforts,
We are so grateful for your support of the Fellowship program and are honored to share about our recent news! Since our last report, our fellows were able to present to a large audience of language revitalization practitioners, language activists, speakers, and interested community members about their languages, the communities they come from, and the language courses that they have developed to support them over the course of the fellowship program. This was all done through a recorded Fellowship Showcase with 7000 Languages staff and the fellows which will be shared with this report!
These fellows, having completed the 10 week program, are now alumni of the program and we will continue to seek out opportunities to collaborate with them in their important work to support future iterations of the fellowship or their ongoing efforts for language revitalization. In the coming weeks, we will share their fully launched courses for community use- as always, for free. To learn more about the fellows and their specific courses, please review the Fellowship Showcase!
We now look ahead to our next cohort for 2026, where we aim to support more community members working to revitalize new languages through the creation of digital resources for language learning. If you are inspired by this work, please consider a donation to our fundraiser or reach out to us directly for more opportunities to collaborate on community-led language revitalization efforts!
We thank you for your support and welcome you into our community!
