By 7000 Languages | 7000 Languages Team
Since our last update, we have launched all of the language courses for the previous fellowship cohort. Several of our fellows have gone on to present their courses at international conferences such as the International Conference on Language Documentation and Conservation. They have gone on to lead new efforts in their communities for language, cultural, and community revitalization. We look forward to partnering and sharing more of their work in the years to come. More information on our fellows and their courses can be found on our blog and website. These courses are available for free and can be accessed through the provided link.
We at 7000 Languages are not slowing down. We are currently onboarding the next group of language revitalization practitioners for the 2025 Fellowship cohort. Our five fellows will be formally announced in the weeks to come but represent thousands of applicants to our fellowship program facing language loss and in dire needs of support for their community led efforts. We are proud to partner with these fellows and the cohorts yet to come.
We hope you consider joining us in supporting language revitalization led by the communities impacted by language loss with a donation to 7000 Languages and our fellowship program!
