Global Giving Report 1
Spring 2019
kinderhände – children’s hands
The kinderhände year 2019 started as usual with new parent-child-meetings (EKC) and the preparation for the new semester. The main focus at the beginning of this year, however, was the participation at the Zero project conference (February 22nd -24th 2019). Barbara Schuster presented kinderhände in an international panel n which was streamed live and interpreted in international sign (picture 1).
We also got the chance to pitch at the Impact Transfer Forum in front of global stakeholders who were very much interested in our project and where new cooperations and synergies were built. Another highlight was the award ceremony where we received an award (picture 2). All presentations and the ceremony are available at the project zero facebook page: www.facebook.com/353631608009839/posts/2356954601010853?sfns=mo
What else? The new semester started in march with 11 courses which are all fully booked! (Picture 3 and 4) Also, the second part of our Lernkoffer (learning kit) is available soon. It will be sold with our brand new kinderhände app!
On behalf of the entire kinderhaende team we thank all our supporters and wish everybody a warm and colorful spring!
Barbara Schuster & Anna Reiter
