At "Casa PACO (PACO Home)", it is vital to guarantee the rights of children and adolescents to generate real social change.

With the project "Building Knowledge for a Better Future", We seek to enable children and educators to collaboratively build knowledge through interaction. Educators must constantly innovate their strategies for effective sharing of skills and knowledge. Furthermore, it is crucial to guarantee salaries, materials, and cover the teachers' school expenses, as PACO I.A.P. relies on donations.

We are sincerely grateful for your trust in our project, which has been instrumental in generating real change in the lives of our children and adolescents. Your generous contribution has made a profound difference, and we greatly appreciate your support.

In this last quarter of 2025, we are working with 23 children and adolescents at Casa PACO, up from 26 currently.

• 100% enrollment in educational institutions! Our efforts among educators and participants maintain their consistent school attendance.
• Academic improvement through strengthening academic self-esteem, recognition of individual achievements, and a strong commitment to individual educational advancement.
• 100% of our participants have access to psychoemotional health services, ensuring their comprehensive well-being is a priority.
• Strengthening of our educational team. We provide ongoing training for our operational staff, strengthening their skills and further improving the quality of their invaluable work.
• Strategic partnerships for institutional strengthening, allowing us to expand our network of support and resources, ensuring the sustainability and continuous improvement of our program.

This project nourishes the hearts and minds of our children and adolescents. It gives them the academic and social tools not only to learn, but to flourish, so they can live freely, away from violence, and confidently build an independent life full of possibilities.

Con el proyecto “Building Knowledge for a Better Future (Construyendo conocimiento para un futuro mejor)”, buscamos que niños y educadores construyan conocimiento colaborativamente a través de la interacción. Los educadores deben innovar constantemente sus estrategias para una socialización efectiva de habilidades y conocimientos. Además, es crucial garantizar salarios, materiales y cubrir los gastos escolares de los educadores, ya que PACO I.A.P. depende de donaciones.

• Alianzas estratégicas para fortalecimiento institucional, lo que nos permite ampliar nuestra red de apoyo y recursos, asegurando la sostenibilidad y mejora contínua de nuestro programa.

Este proyecto nutre el corazón y la mente de nuestros niño y adolescentes. Les brinda las herramientas académicas y sociales no solo para aprender, sino para florecer, para que puedan vivir con libertad, lejos de la violencia, y construir con confianza una vida independiente y llena de posibilidades.
