Dear Supporters

GlobalGiving Report - Helping Afghan Evacuees and Asylum Seeker

The following activities have been undertaken in the last period under this campaign:

1. Sourced and donated over 150 Winter Coats

IAHV UK arranged donations of Winter Coats for use by Afghan Evacuees and Asylum Seeker. The Coats were sourced and delivered locally in the UK

2. Sourced and donated essential clothing products

IAHV UK sourced and donated approximately 600 Women Bra’s for the females in the

refugee cohort. This was in direct response to the needs of the refugees as communicated to us by our Volunteering Partners on the ground

In the next period, IAHV UK is planning to undertake following service projects under this campaign:

Organising an Afghan Cooking event with a celebrity chef in the month of March. All the proceeds from this event will be used to fulfill the needs of the Afghan Evacuees and Asylum Seekers.
Collaborating with other Partner organisation to see arrange for educational training and mentoring sessions for the young adults in the cohort
Delivering a Mental Health Resilience workshop for Volunteers of Partner organisations & asylum seekers supporting the cohort.
