We are so close! When we started our “Support Women and Girls in Ghana”campaign six years ago, we knew we were setting the bar high --- $100,000 was, and is, an ambitious goal for an on-line campaign. But today we are close to meeting it. Since the start of this campaign, WomensTrust has given out thousands of micro-loans and scholarships, including 204 scholarships just this year, four at the college level. In so doing, we have helped thousands of women and girls create brighter futures for themselves. We send our deep appreciation to all who have supported us in the past! Now, in this last push, will you help put us over the top?
Support Women and Girls in Ghana is our central campaign supporting both the scholarship and loan programs. It provides vitally important resources for our day-to-day work. We’ve raised 95% of our goal of $100,000. With less than $5,000 to go, now is the time to step forward in support of WomensTrust and the vitally important work we are doing.
Because of donations made through Global Giving four young women from Pokuase became the first women in their families to attend college. One was the first woman in her family to graduate from high school. This is how a brighter future is created.
Please continue your support of WomensTrust. Ghana is full of talented women and girls who are just waiting to improve their lives and the lives of those around them. All they need is a chance. Thank you for helping to provide one.
