Support urgent medical needs of Palestinians

As we continue our journey together, we extend our deepest appreciation for your generous support. Your contributions have been a lifeline for countless individuals, ensuring that they receive the critical medical and rehabilitation care they desperately need during these challenging times.

Over the past months, your generosity has enabled BASR to secure essential medical supplies and consumables, which have been vital in sustaining our operations. These supplies, including medications, surgical disposables, and emergency kits, have empowered our medical and surgical teams to continue providing life-saving interventions to those affected by the ongoing violence in Palestine.

Thanks to your unwavering support, our medical teams have been able to maintain a high standard of care, despite the increasing difficulties posed by the current situation. Since the beginning of this campaign, we have successfully managed to conduct 4,117 medical surgeries and have treated a total of 27,874 patients, including 4,532 inpatients and 23,342 outpatients. The availability of these crucial supplies has allowed us to respond promptly to the urgent needs of those requiring surgical procedures and rehabilitation services, helping them on their path to recovery.

In our rehabilitation departments, we have provided services to 748 patients, 20% of whom were children. These comprehensive services have enabled many to regain their independence, especially in their activities of daily living, and improve their quality of life. The commitment of our staff, combined with the resources made available through your donations, have been instrumental in achieving these positive outcomes.

While the situation on the ground remains dire, your support has reinforced our resilience and preparedness, ensuring that we can continue to meet the growing needs of our community. However, the challenges we face are far from over. The escalating violence and restrictions in the West Bank and Gaza mean that the demand for our services will only increase in the coming days, weeks and months.
