Dear Supporter,
Just days after entering the world, baby Fatima was fighting for every breath.
She arrived at one of SEMA's hospitals in northern Syria suffering from acute aspiration pneumonia, a dangerous condition that put her tiny life at risk.
Her family faced every parent's greatest fear — the possibility of losing their newborn baby.
But thanks to your generosity, Fatima received the urgent medical attention, intensive care, and respiratory support she desperately needed.
After days of dedicated treatment and close monitoring, something wonderful happened.
Fatima began breathing on her own again!
Her condition improved, and she was finally discharged from the hospital in good health, bringing immense relief and happiness to her family.
You helped turn a family's fear into hope and gave baby Fatima a chance at life.
But Fatima's story is just one of many. Every day, premature and critically ill newborns across Syria need specialized care to survive.
Our mission continues, and your generosity helps ensure that more babies receive the medical attention they urgently need.
Thank you for being part of Fatima's journey from danger to recovery.
Because of you, Fatima can breathe again. Together, let's help more newborns take their next breath and embrace the future they deserve.
With heartfelt gratitude,
