A high fever can be frightening for any parent.
For little Zuhair, it became something far more serious.
He was brought urgently to one of SEMA’s hospitals in northern Syria, where doctors discovered that he was suffering from severe meningitis.
His condition required immediate intensive care.
Zuhair was transferred to the ICU, where our medical team began urgent treatment and monitored him closely through the most critical stage of his illness.
Then came the news his family had been hoping for.
Zuhair began to improve.
Today, he is recovering, and his family is watching every small step forward with growing hope as they wait for the day they can finally take him home.
