Rawaa’s mother arrived at a SEMA-supported hospital in northern Syria facing the threat of a premature delivery.
She urgently needed specialized care, but finding comprehensive maternal and newborn services in the area had become increasingly difficult.
Thanks to your support, treatment was available when she needed it most.
Rawaa was born prematurely at just 32 weeks. Both mother and baby required immediate intensive care and close medical supervision.
The situation was critical.
But with timely treatment, dedicated doctors, and the essential medical resources your donations helped provide, Rawaa and her mother began to recover.
Today, they are waiting for the moment they can safely return home together.
