Baby Abdo is one of those children.

He was born with severe respiratory distress and was immediately transferred to the neonatal intensive care unit at Al-Ikhaa Hospital. His fragile lungs could not support him without urgent medical intervention.

Thanks to your support, the medical team had the equipment, medication, and intensive care needed to act quickly.

Abdo survived.

He is still receiving close medical care and continuing his fight, but he has already overcome a critical moment that could have taken his life.

This would not have been possible without compassionate supporters like you.

Across northern Syria, many newborns still face the same danger. Premature birth, respiratory complications, and limited access to specialized care continue to place fragile lives at risk.
