Dear Supporter,
For many families in northern Syria, poverty and distance make lifesaving healthcare difficult to reach. When a newborn becomes critically ill, parents may have nowhere to turn and no way to afford the urgent treatment their child needs.
Thanks to your generosity, SEMA’s medical teams are able to stand beside these families during their most frightening moments.
Newborn twins Ahmad and Muhammad arrived at one of SEMA’s hospitals in northern Syria suffering from severe respiratory distress. Their condition placed both of their lives in immediate danger.
Our doctors admitted them directly to the neonatal intensive care unit and began the necessary treatment without delay.
After several days of close monitoring and specialized care, both babies are now in very good health and preparing to return home with their family.
Your support made this joyful outcome possible. You helped give two fragile newborns the chance to breathe, recover, and begin their lives surrounded by the people who love them.
Thank you for helping us reach vulnerable babies wherever they are in northern Syria.
With heartfelt gratitude,
