Dear Supporter,
Inside the intensive care units of SEMA’s hospitals in northern Syria, every second can determine whether a newborn survives.
A premature baby girl is born only moments earlier. She is too fragile to breathe on her own, and her life is immediately at risk. A doctor rushes her to intensive care while nurses prepare the equipment and treatment needed to help her take her first breath.
Our doctors and nurses are heroes. They work under immense pressure, racing against time to protect the smallest and most vulnerable patients.
But they are not the only heroes.
Dear Supporter, you are part of every life they save.
Your generosity helps provide incubators, oxygen, medicines, medical equipment, and specialized care for premature and critically ill newborns. Because of your contributions, our teams can respond when a child’s life depends on immediate intervention.
Your support gives our medical staff the means to act. It gives frightened families hope. And it gives fragile newborns a chance to survive their first critical hours.
The need remains urgent. More children continue to arrive at our hospitals fighting for every breath, and their families often have nowhere else to turn.
Thank you for standing beside our medical teams and the children whose lives they work tirelessly to save. Your compassion is not measured only by what you give, but by the lives that continue because you chose to care.
Together, we are the heroes who refuse to let a child fight alone.
