Dear Supporter,
For years, a 43-year-old woman in northern Syria lived with frequent uterine bleeding, worsening pain, and constant uncertainty.
She had visited several doctors and hospitals, but her condition continued without effective treatment. Like many displaced and vulnerable families in Syria, the cost and limited availability of specialized healthcare kept the care she urgently needed out of reach.
When she arrived at one of SEMA’s hospitals in northern Syria, our medical team immediately began the necessary examinations and tests. Doctors discovered uterine hyperplasia and severe thickening of the uterine lining—conditions that required urgent surgical intervention.
Thanks to your generous donations, the team was able to act without delay.
She underwent successful surgery, followed by careful medical monitoring until her condition stabilized. She was later discharged and returned home in good health, free from the suffering that had affected her life for so long.
Dear Supporter, your contribution made this possible. You helped provide the examinations, surgery, medicines, and follow-up care she could not have accessed on her own.
Across northern Syria, many patients are still living with serious conditions because they cannot afford treatment or reach specialized medical services. Your continued support allows our teams to perform lifesaving surgeries and restore health, dignity, and hope to those who have nowhere else to turn.
Thank you for standing with patients in their most difficult moments.
Together, we are not only treating illness—we are giving people the chance to begin again.
