Dear Supporter,
Thank you for your continued support and compassion.
“God only knows how I feel after a dialysis session.”
These were the words shared by Ahmed, a young man who became paralyzed in his lower limbs due to an injury in Syria. Over time, his reliance on painkillers led to kidney failure, adding another layer to his already difficult journey.
After an unsuccessful attempt to seek asylum in Germany, Ahmed now faces a new challenge: maintaining his health through regular dialysis treatment.
At the SEMA dialysis center in Northern Syria, we are working to support Ahmed and 35 other patients—including women and children—by providing essential dialysis care. Each month, around 300 dialysis sessions are conducted, ensuring patients receive consistent, high-quality treatment to help them live as close to a normal life as possible.
Your support makes it possible for patients like Ahmed to continue their treatment and face each day with strength and dignity.
With sincere appreciation,
