This academic year at the Kharkiv School of Architecture began with an important milestone — we successfully launched our Master’s Program in Architecture and Urbanism. This marks a new stage in the development of the School, expanding educational opportunities for young architects in Ukraine.
In total, 25 new students joined us this year, and we also celebrated the graduation of 7 bachelor’s students who completed their studies despite all the challenges of wartime. These were the very students who had joined us back in Kharkiv as a full group, part of which we sadly lost due to the full-scale invasion.
Most importantly, thanks to the support of donors on GlobalGiving, we were able to provide a scholarship for one student. This allowed him to join the KhSA community and continue his education, despite the difficult circumstances and ongoing hostilities in his hometown. His story is a testament to how vital your support is for young architects who are determined to shape the future of Ukraine.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who supports our project. Your contribution is not just financial assistance — it is a real opportunity for talented youth to receive a quality education and to remain in Ukraine to help rebuild our cities.
