Executive Summary Over the past three months, our coding and outreach initiatives reached and benefited 350 girls from diverse backgrounds. These programs combined hands-on coding instruction, mentorship, career guidance, and community outreach to increase digital literacy, build confidence, and create pathways to future STEM opportunities. Partner support from Lenovo, Telecel, and PWeb Consulting Group enabled program delivery, equipment provision, and technical mentorship. In the coming three months we will expand efforts into more underprivileged towns and are seeking additional support from corporate partners to scale impact.
Program Goals
Activities Conducted (Past 3 Months)
Conclusion The past quarter demonstrated the tangible benefits of targeted coding and outreach programs: 350 girls gained vital digital skills, increased confidence, and exposure to tech careers. With continued and expanded corporate partnership, particularly focused on underprivileged towns, we can scale impact, close digital divides, and create sustainable pathways for girls into STEM fields. We are grateful to Lenovo, Telecel, and PWeb Consulting Group for their support and invite additional corporate partners to join us in empowering the next generation of female technologists.
