Deaf Welfare Awareness Foundation Pakistan seeks to build a permanent center in Al Kabir Orchard, Lahore. Unlike our limited rented space, the new facility will offer expanded services-vocational training, sign language education, therapy, and outreach. This purpose-built center will ensure stability, inclusion, and long-term impact for the Deaf community across Pakistan.
Deaf individuals in Pakistan face social exclusion, limited access to education, job training, and support services. The Deaf Welfare Awareness Foundation operates from a small rented space, limiting its ability to serve effectively. Without a permanent facility, long-term programs and outreach remain restricted, leaving many in the Deaf community underserved and vulnerable.
By constructing a permanent center, the Foundation will expand its capacity to provide education, vocational training, counseling, and community support. A stable, purpose-built space will allow consistent, long-term services, empowering Deaf individuals with skills, confidence, and inclusion in society.
The permanent center will become a hub for Deaf empowerment, offering continuous support, education, and skills development. It will foster inclusion, reduce stigma, and enable Deaf individuals to lead independent, productive lives. Over time, it will influence policy, awareness, and community attitudes across Pakistan.
