Janet is her name and she is 16 years of age. She stays with both her mother and father and her two siblings. Because of her parents’ financial situation, who are both famers, they could only manage to send their son to school, and Janet stayed home. Sometimes, she would accompany her mum to sell the harvest from their unstable farm.
Since TANF believe in girls’ education, we quickly took the initiative to enroll her in school. Now, she is currently in stage 6 and is happily pursing her vision to become a lawyer in the future.
We extend a very big thanks to donors like you. Bless you all.
