But for many women and girls affected by conflict and displacement in Benue State, these opportunities are threatened by gender-based violence, harmful cultural practices, stigma, and limited access to reliable sexual and reproductive health information.

Too often, fear shapes decisions that should be guided by knowledge, dignity, and personal choice.

We believe her future should belong to her.

Through Support Sexual Health Rights for Women and Girls, GoGreen aims to empower 400 women, girls, and young people with accurate, age-appropriate, rights-based health information, peer education, and community support.

Our goal is to help participants recognize their rights, challenge harmful beliefs, understand consent and bodily autonomy, and identify appropriate pathways for seeking assistance.

Because empowerment is not about making decisions for women and girls.

It is about ensuring they have the knowledge, confidence, and opportunity to make informed decisions for themselves.
