Imagine being a child and suddenly having to leave your home because it is no longer safe.
Imagine leaving behind your neighbourhood, your friends, your belongings—and your school.
For many conflict-displaced children, this is not imagination. It is their reality.
When families are displaced, education can quickly become a luxury they cannot afford. Food, shelter, and immediate survival understandably come first. School fees, uniforms, notebooks, textbooks, and transportation become impossible expenses.
And with every month spent outside the classroom, a child risks falling further behind.
At GoGreen, we believe that a humanitarian crisis should not become a life sentence of educational exclusion.
Our project, Every Child in Nigeria Deserves a Chance to Learn, seeks to restore access to education for 500 vulnerable children affected by conflict and displacement in Nasarawa State.
We are helping remove the practical barriers standing between these children and their education while also integrating psychosocial support and child protection referrals.
Your donation can help a child exchange uncertainty for opportunity.
It can put learning materials into their hands.
It can help them walk into a classroom with dignity.
Most importantly, it can remind a child who has experienced displacement that their dreams still matter.
Help us give them back their classroom—and with it, the opportunity to build a different future. Donate today.
