Since this project was created, Pro Eco Azuero has continued to grow its riparian and community-led reforestation work across the Azuero Peninsula, partnering directly with local farmers to restore forest cover along waterways and degraded pastureland.
As our programs have scaled — from roughly 20,000 to over 100,000 trees planted per year — we've consolidated our fundraising and reporting under our current flagship project, "100,000 Trees for Azuero, Planting our Future," where donors can follow our ongoing, up-to-date impact.
