RECYCLESPAY FOR 1000 CHILDREN

By Dr. Alexander Akhigbe | PROJECT LEADER

Advancing Educational Access Amid Operational Challenges
Between March and May 2026, the RecyclesPay Educational Project continued its mission of supporting educational access for children in underserved communities, despite facing significant logistical constraints.

Our project vehicle experienced mechanical issues, significantly limiting our ability to carry out regular pickups from participating schools. Additionally, the Easter and Eid (Salah) holiday periods resulted in school closures and reduced activities across many of our partner schools.

Despite these setbacks, we remained committed to our mission. Through the dedication of our team, participating schools, and community supporters, we successfully collected 186.5 kilograms of recyclable plastics during this reporting period. While this figure reflects the operational challenges we faced, it also demonstrates the resilience of the project and the determination of everyone involved in ensuring that children continue to benefit from educational support.

This period has reinforced the importance of strengthening our logistics and operational capacity. We are actively reviewing our processes and exploring sustainable solutions that will enable us to serve more schools efficiently and expand our impact in the months ahead.

The need remains urgent. Millions of children around the world still face barriers to education due to poverty and financial constraints. Through RecyclesPay, we are proving that environmental action and educational empowerment can work hand in hand to address this challenge.

We invite you to continue this journey with us. Your donations, advocacy, and encouragement help us overcome obstacles and reach more vulnerable children. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps create opportunities for a child to learn, grow, and dream of a better future.

One plastic bottle at a time. One donation at a time. Together, we can help ensure that every child has access to quality education and the hope of a brighter tomorrow.

We sincerely appreciate your continued support and partnership. Because of you, we remain steadfast in our commitment to protecting vulnerable children, promoting environmental sustainability, and building a future where every child has the opportunity to succeed.
