Introduction
The Support Raise a Surgical Center at Holy Innocents Children's Hospital project aims to establish a state-of-the-art surgical center to provide critical medical care to children in need. This report highlights progress made during the reporting period.

1. Construction Progress: 80% completion of the surgical center's construction, with anticipated completion by close of 2025.
2. Equipment Installation: Critical medical equipment, including surgical tables and anesthesia machines, has been procured and installed.
