Support people with Down syndrome in this pandemic

Thanks to the donation granted in the project “Support people with Down syndrome in this pandemic”, sixteen students with Down syndrome could benefit.

In the period of May 5^th to August 31^th, educational care in distance was provided for 10 students. As well, 6 psychological sessions were also provided to parents and students.

We still struggling with the problems of the pandemic, is for that reason that today, more than ever, we need your support to keep giving attention to our students with Down syndrome in Mexico.

We deeply appreciate your support, which will allow us to continue developing our mission, which is to "promote dignity, human rights, and potential of people with Down syndrome, improving their quality of life".

In the period of January 2021 to May 5th, educational care in distance was provided for 16 students (special primary education). As well, 7 psychological sessions were also provided to parents and students.

We still struggling with the problems of the pandemic, is for that reason that today, more than ever, we need your support to keep giving attention to our students with Down syndrome in Mexico.

In the period of September 2020 to January 2021, educational care in distance was provided for 60 students (special primary education). As well, 4 psychological sessions were also provided to parents and students.

Also, it was possible to provide 40 students from the Mexican School of Down Art with classes for 1 week.

2020 has been the most difficult year to our Foundation, that was created 49 years ago. Is for that reason that today, more than ever, we need your support to keep giving attention to hundred of students with Down syndrome in Mexico.

Thanks to the donation granted in the project “Support people with Down syndrome in this pandemic”, a hundred and fifty students with Down syndrome could benefit.

In the period of May to August, educational care in distance was provided for 150 students (early intervention, nursey, preschool, special primary education and cooking workshop). As well, 60 psychological sessions were also provided to parents and students.

Thanks to people like you, who have great human values, generosity and altruism, we can continue to develop our programs to benefit a greater number of children born with this genetic alteration.
