Since our last report, our psychotherapists in the therapeutic centre conducted almost 750 sessions with people in crisis. Four support groups for the bereaved ended their regular meetings in Warsaw and online - we are planning to open new groups in September. Our free of charge helpline (800 108 108) has continued to support and guide people in crisis. In June, a new group of volonteers have joined the helpline and are now in the process of training.
We have been educating mental health specialists on the topic of grief support - our comprehensive courses (The Suddenly Alone Foundation's Academy) are continuing. We have also organized multiple workshops and crisis interventions for companies in Poland and online.
We have uploaded two new episodes of our Podcast - about expectations and acceptance of grief, and about trauma and the functioning of our Helpline. More materials such as articles and books and movies reviews are available on our website.
We share our sincere gratitude for your support - thanks to your donations we are able to continue our mission.
