A magnitude 6.2 earthquake struck the western coast of Sumatra island, Indonesia on Friday morning (02/25). The earthquake that epicenter was 12 km from the West Pasaman Regency at a depth of 10 km, was shaking buildings in Singapore and Malaysia as well. The disaster severely damaged residents' houses, public facilities such as schools, mosques. Authorities and local health centers reported at least dozens of people died and over 50 people injured.
